A no-show fee of 100 % of the service cost will be charged to the card provided when booking on the app. Appointments cancelled less that 1 hour before service will result in 100% charge of service. —CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING— Text 213-595-6837 to reschedule your appointment. 48 hrs in advance is required to reschedule your appointment for deposit to be rolled over and used on your next appointment. Any cancellations within 24-48 hrs of the scheduled appointment will result in loss of deposit and a cancellation fee will be charged 50% of the service. Appointments cancelled less than 1 hour before service will result in 100% charge of service. —PAYMENT— You are required to put a card on file when booking. At the time of booking you will be charged the deposit. Acceptable forms of payment are CASH, the CARD on file, tap to pay, Zelle, and Apple Pay. —NO REFUNDS— I do my very best to ensure every client is satisfied with my service.
